Doing a follow up to my last post. My name is Luke and I've had severe OCD for a number of years. People kept telling me to live in the present moment. !!!Great, I had no idea how to do that..I was stuck in my head all the time.
Most recently I've decided to open up and share some of my camera roll (I love to take pictures)
fast forward a few weeks and I'm getting printed in two different magazines this February.
Anyways, I've realized now that my camera roll is my ever passing present moment and I'm livin it!
Hopefully my happy story brings a bit of joy to your day. I could only share one photo I've posted the cover.

I'm also a photographer, not professionally but I've had a few things published over the years. Your picture is really good - I can smell the campfire smoke! I'm glad you're doing better with respect to OCD, and that you're finding some outlets for your photography.
I am in the southern Appalachians and that's where I do much of my outdoor rambling, and I love our high mountains with their northern forest communities - similar to Canada and the North Woods. Always helps me feel at ease.
Hey. Really beautiful riverside photo. You have a talent for this! For me meditation and various sports activities, as well as hiking in the nature (mostly mountains), have been my vehicle to the peaceful states of mind, sometimes even to the point of blissful flow experiences. And I guess majority of OCDers would agree that peace of mind is the best thing we could wish onto each other.
