Hi,Going through a tough time with anxiety and intrusive thoughts about the past at the moment. I've started having panic attacks over the last couple of days and they are so horrible! I was just wondering if anyone had any good advice to help when I'm having one?

I would suggest taking some deep breaths while you're going through the panic attack or maybe turn on some soft, relaxing music. Or maybe go for a walk if the weather is nice- anything to distract yourself at the time of the attacks.
