Behaviour that’s been okay for years- isn’t anymore
angry right now
I’ve been telling them
“By not taking responsibility for how you act towards my ocd - for years …”
I don’t know what the truth is anymore
And your social media gives you a tailored version of your reality.
just annoyed and I “don’t know how lucky I am” and I won’t allow people to pity me or put me down.
if they can’t hurt me - they hurt the young relatives I’m connected to. And one of them didn’t like hearing that today.
“Yes you. Not me. You cause harm.”
People get defensive.
I’m going to go visit my mom
I don’t trust - unsure if I’m sick - too much time reading into my phone or am making phone calls and social media connections that aren’t there.
maybe they were right yesterday
Just stay offline and read a book
the cues instagram are giving me today is everyone thinks I’m a creep and that just makes me want to engage on the platform longer to prove otherwise.

Honestly, the best thing I did last year was delete all forms of social media including Instagram. It is easier said than done but I like to believe nothing easy has value. You cannot satisfy people while having social media and you cannot satisfy them if you remove it. The way I got around it was deleting it completely and it got rid of being tied to someone else's opinion. I realised I don't need to cater for people who I don't really care about and equally they don't care about me. I'm in contact with those who are close to me and even if it's a small circle of people we communicate authentically by meeting up in person regularly which is a lot better than reading off words on a screen.
A year on in the present day, my attention span has rose significantly which has helped me find a passion into reading books and having in depth discussions with people. I involve more in the world physically because I spend less time on the phone. Happiness for me comes from being productive and feeling proud of the work I have done in the day. Most importantly, talking to people in real life truly brings joy as there is emotion, expression and physical presence of the person or group you are communicating with.
Their opinion doesn't matter. I'd say prove to yourself you aren't a bad person or 'creep' as they are saying. Because even if we attempt to prove to people the opposite of what they think about you, they will find another thing to bring you down on as they have nothing better to do.
Was on a media call to expand your brand. Mine is probably in the toilet and the people who are interested in me to - the stuff I can provide for their audiences is my stupid drama to be mocked and called - to be mocked. Just stay the bleep offline.
Linkenin is a good tool, get these expert collaborations. But don’t take them seriously 😒 so people who read them see me as a “disabled - doesn’t know any better” opinion.
I’m in duck you mode - not great for social media. Experts are kind and trustworthy. They walk the walk and talk the talk.
Jerks use me for entertainment for their social media.
LinkedIn is a great place for the professional world to interact on, I like it a lot as it gives more of a benefit rather than a waste of time like social media does. It's a shame though that people aren't viewing you in a positive way. But I hope that you can soon find trustworthy connections to achieve your goals. There are genuine people out there who will assist unlike mainstream social media where as you know, you find that most of the time they are seeking a benefit for themselves by using you.
to add to this took a social media workshop at the library today to see if I could be a social media manager. After listening to the social media manager hosting the workshop - Nope! If a client were to ask me to sell her vegan handwoven purses online. I wouldn’t know where to start.
I took notes through the talk and realized why I was on social media.
