Hi,do any of you get patterns in your head and I do worry that they are minds and I have to pick a mind to go on and if I go on wrong mind I worry I have no control over my actions. The way I sound ,sounds crazy. People can't see thier minds can they it's thoughts om seeing. Your mind sees your thoughts nor thoughts see your mind. It's impossible to see your mind but your mind sees these patterns what are just thoughts.

Yes, your mind is experiencing/perceiving your thoughts. It’s important to keep a view of your thoughts to see what is good or bad; productive or destructive.

There is a scripture that says:

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8 King James Version (KJV)

Now that is the goal but it doesn’t work out that way all the time, which is why he wrote that to urge us to remember to change our thought patterns.

When you have inappropriate thoughts or unwanted thoughts, know that God is greater than those thoughts and his mercy is great and forgives us if we don’t stay thinking or dwelling on evil plans or schemes. He knows our hearts more importantly, like the verse here:

“For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

So just know that in Jesus name you will overcome evil thoughts because Jesus has already defeated evil by dying on the cross for sin and resurrecting to be alive forevermore to intercede on our behalf.

“Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.” - Romans 8:34

So if you are having a difficult time with your thoughts and feel like you are struggling to feel right, say a prayer asking for peace or clarity or whatever you need and then rest in Gods words and promises that he will answer you.

We will never stay in a perfect state in this life but God gives new mercies every day to help us walk through life and increase our faith in him. Then, if we keep believing all our life, he will welcome us into unimaginable beauty and love in heaven where we will not need to worry about these thoughts anymore.
