I've had issues with trusting people for the past 6 years, at the beginning it was only for strangers but recently since I caught my parents lying to me multiple times I stopped completely trusting people no matter who they are & the thing here is if I suspect that someone is plotting something behind my back my anxiety spikes & I start picturing all the possible scenarios that might occur then I start questioning the person I doubt as a way to figure out his/her true intentions & to seek reassurance. I don't believe that people are conspiring on me or such a thing I just simply don't trust them.
I'm not sure here if this symptoms match OCD or it's another mental disorder ( Paranoia I guess).

People often refer to OCD as “the doubting disease” which I think captures a lot of it. Most people with OCD are intelligent, imaginitive, and skeptical but that skepticism or doubt starts to interfere with your ability to live your life as you’d like to. So, I think distrust of others is fairly common, and if you let it run wild you’ll find yourself coming up with all sorts of “what if [insert person] does [insert fear]” that can sound delusional. It sounds like you have some insight, so if you find yourself thinking, “wow, I know that sounds crazy” you just have to take a blind leap of faith that it is crazy and move on.
