If you are interested, I recently started a Facebook group for individuals struggling with trauma/PTSD as well as OCD. I was having issues finding a group because most trauma groups seem full of reassurance seeking/giving which I worried would harm my OCD treatment progress. This group is open to anyone experiencing anything they consider traumatic—including finding the experience of living with OCD traumatic. No diagnosis required.
