So the topic of suicide because of mental health is really weighing on me tonight... It kills me that anxiety and depression can bully someone into taking their life. I've never been seriously suicidal but it has crossed my mind. I know how it feels to feel utterly hopeless. To feel like there's no hope in life. I can only imagine the horrors of getting to the place of being seriously suicidal. I am not judging anyone who has committed suicide. Strugging with mental health is so so painful. I wish people would stop judging suicide, stop condemning and instead reach out loving arms and being there for those who are struggling. If you are suicidal please please reach out for help! I don't care how bad the thots Ocd is giving you are. You are NOT what ocd says about u. You are not what depression and anxiety say about you! There is hope! There are people who care. I feel like I cannot express how deeply I feel about this. Please reach out to someone. We are here for you! You are so loved and so worthy and valuable!!! You are strong and brave! You've made it this far and I am so proud of you for getting up each morning even when it feels pointless, even if all you can manage is showering or brushing your teeth. I sending everyone of you who is struggling right now big hugs and lots of love. ❤ 💕
