You’re not beyond help. You just haven’t found the right help.
Sorry for your suffering. Have you tried working with someone who specilizes in OCD? That would be the best place to start.
OCD is highly treatable. Please try to find a good psychiatrist and you will see everything is going to get better. Also, I would recommend a self-help book- Overcoming unwanted intrusive thoughts by Sally Winston.
