Hello Rain. My son is 11 and he has intrusive thoughts all day that cause him great distress. He also is filled with self doubt. I want him to be happy and worry so much this will be his life. He is starting a more intense ERP soon. Any advice for me as his mom how to support him best? Thanks honey hope you’re doing well. ❤️

Be positive. Knows it is hard to hv ocd and I hv been with it for over 30 years. There are ups and downs. Just know you are never alone.
