It's been a good couple of days my ocd has been messing with me very little didn't even have a episode yesterday with the stress of working in a kitchen during the super bowl. Today's hurdle will be being around a lot of people at my grandsons 2nd birthday party that his other grandparents throw which is usually big. Wish me luck.
