Is masking when your out and about helping or worsening your ocd. I find it's helping mine due to having some extra sense of in person anninimity

Both.

If It’s Freezing Cold, It Keep’s My Face Warm But In The Hot Weather. There’s No Way I Can Wear It.

Hard To Breathe.

Especially Of When I Go Into Store’s.

I love wearing a mask. I have contamination OCD and this makes me feel so much calmer when I'm out. I'm less anxious after an outing as well.

It helps me feel safer and less anxious in general and therefore calms my OCD a little. Less and less others wearing them now makes me feel pressured to remove mine.
