Is group therapy successful for young teenagers? I have a 14 year old son who was diagnosed at 8 years old, is on medication and is undergoing regular therapy including CBT and ERP. He’s resistant to ERP because it’s so scary. Progress is slow, but progress is progress. Our whole family wants this to go away, but he obviously hates it the most. Are there any groups for young teens that deal with contamination OCD?
