People can tell you about the other types of meetings if you ask. Im new to the group so don’t know too much but It’s based from a program called NOCD that I am in. The therapy from that program takes some insurance but not mine but I am still going bc I am desperate. The meetings for people with ocd that meet throughout the week are free.
