I am scared. My OCD and guilt is eating me alive.

Months ago my one of the closest friend drunk kissed me. I backed off the next second. I don't like hin in a romantic way. Infact, we didnt even had that kind of relationship. I have a boyfriend. I love him so much. I dont want to lose him. I dont want to tell him about this kiss. Recently, my OCD got fixated over this issue. And now I can't stop thinking about it.

I'm sorry your going through this I think it's best to cut ties with your friend because his feelings are only going to get stronger you should tell your bf about the kiss because communication is key in a relationship you get what I mean? and It's not healthy to remain friends with someone that likes you. Plus the truth always comes around.

Just tell him, "yo, I have a bf," not cool. He'll get the picture and, if he's not a dumb-dumb, he will give you your distance (this is a guy speaking, so I'm used to this stuff lol). I'm guessing the OCD is social OCD and I can't reassure you about anything regarding this. Just do it!

I think you should tell your boyfriend. I hope telling him relieves you of this distress.

These kind of things happen, and you are not bad! The OCD is like a small child. It's freaking out not because a physical thing happened, but because it added meaning to it. All this is happening while you know in your core that you don't like this person, you have a wonderful boyfriend, and that's all folks! So, tell the OCD/small child that the meaning behind all of this is that you were kissed. End of story. I hope this helps. It IS SO hard! You're a good one. It's going to get better very soon. As for the boyfriend, I hope he knows how hard you're working at this and understands that you are not at fault.
