I need help with finding an OCD therapist but no luck

This past week has been hell. My harm OCD was triggered and I cannot pinpoint what triggered me. Iv been dealing with this for 2 years now and talk therapy is not working. Iv been trying to find an OCD specialist but I'm on medical because I am a full-time graduate student. All the centers in my area expensive and I just feel like I am having trouble finding help specifically with my OCD.

I’m here for you. I have a harm theme as well. Mine is more self-harm though, not sure if yours is as well. I know the iocdf.org website is helpful in finding therapists too. Chrissie Hodges (YouTube) can also give you recourses tips find a therapist.
