Me too. I don't know you, but if not already you'll want science based therapy from a specialist targeted at your specific obsessions. And medication if it helps.
Secondarily, here are some ideas that may help.
The entire framework within which these questions torture us is just that - a mental model. Mental models do not equal reality.
Getting in touch with other emotions, maybe a little healthy anger about how the obsessions are taking quality time out of your precious life - might help.
Also, writing these thoughts down might help you understand and evolve them differently, and develop a different relationship with them.
Don't isolate yourself, communicate with others.
Also, uncertainty can be a gift. Imagine what it would be like living in a perfectly predetermined and foreseen world. No freedom. No alternatives. Pretty bad.
