New Having OCD

Hello Everyone:

I have not been officially diagnosed. But my therapist believes that I have OCD. I have an issue where is seems like I am afraid of music. I love music but now it is like a fear. Especially when it comes to the radio, when there are long pauses between songs I get very anxious. Now I am pretty afraid of losing my job because it is a department store and a radio plays. So I do not know how this is going to disable me. Any advice would be appreciated.

An advice would be to sit with the anxiety.

It will be high in the beginning, but it will slowly get lesser.
