You should try to find an OCD therapist to help you better understand and deal with the thoughts. Trying to get rid of them only makes them worse. You must learn to accept and ignore them as meaningless. There are techniques to do this, and a therapist trained in OCD can guide you. Medication for OCD can also help (SSRIs or similar that reduce the obsessions).
If you absolutely can't get a personal therapist right now, look for therapists' guidance from Youtube videos, podcasts, self-help books or blogs, etc. Lots of therapists put information online. Look for anything that will help you get to a place where you see the truth -- that the thoughts are not a reflection of you or your values, they are just random mental garbage that pops up unwanted. Most people have stupid, offensive thoughts from time to time, it's just that people with OCD can't stop worrying about them.
Good luck and don't despair. It may take some time and work, but you can get to a point where the thoughts don't bother you.
everybody on this site has ocd we all have the same intrusive unwanted crap bombarding us ....so realise you are not the only one ....we all have our stuff that knocks the stuffing out of us ....so start right now and say out loud I have an illness that make me worry about images ,thoughts or whateva ...its called ocd and its pain in the arse but ill just let them come and go its a glitch im my wiring ...so I will not let it bug me the experts say the cure is to ignore them and they go ....so.I will practice this ....
