I can't stop asking, its hard, i ask those I care about. I ask for reassurance a lot

Some things are hard for me too where I find myself needing reassurance. You’ll be okay Lindsey. For us, sometimes, things seem more sinister than they are. Let’s try to focus on the good things we can believe in. I’m going to meditate now. Best to you!
