I need to vent. . . .

Today, work was going great. I felt productive and was managing my obsessions. A co-worker informed me a lot of positions are being reviewed at work. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a difficult time right now. Uncertainty is the worst for OCD and I understand that completely. I don't know if this will help, but try and stay in the now and try to live just a day (or a few moments) at a time. No matter what happens (even if it's scary for a bit) it will be fine.

Also keep us up to date on how your doing :-)

Thank you for the advice. I will try some CBT techniques and hopefully it will help.

Hi there.. Wow! I feel this way often. Whenever the upper Mngt is meeting I think it’s about me. I just do everything I can to distract myself and turn my back on the overwhelming desire to ask my immediate boss if they are talking about me..

Thank you for the reply. It’s nice to know I’m not alone in my thinking. It will definitely be hard not to ask my boss. I’ll try some CBT techniques.
