Hi everyone!

I'm happy I found this community. I've had OCD since around I was 13. I didn't know what to do, and just struggled until my late 20s, but I was finally able to get therapy about 3 years ago and it has really changed my life for the best.

Looking forward to learning and growing with everyone!
