Do benzos make your ocd better? I am getting a new prescription tomorrow and i had enough with anti-depressants !! None of them worked for me. Can anyone share their experience with me regarding benzos?

Hi...yes, benzos work wonderfully for me for my OCD, in fact they are the only thing that works, however they are extremely addictive and should not be taken every day...how I wish they could be. I would think that your doctor would have told you this.

I am currently trying to get off benzos. It is the hardest thing to withdraw from. I believed this drug made my ocd worst, because it can cause both anxiety and depression, if you use it regularly and long term. Short term like a few days is not a problem.
