Hi everyone! My name is Mandy and I’ve recently been diagnosed with OCD. Things have been really tough for me since the COVID quarantine and my mother-in-law passing away from cancer. My thoughts center around health-based anxiety. I’m excited to get to know some other who suffer from this!

Hi there. I am a "pure" health OCD sufferer for 15 years since my parents died of cancer when I was in my 20s. I have been suffering with this disorder in most of the stages(remission, relapse,no treatment, meds, CBT, ACT, imaginary illness, real illness.. ) and of course corona now. In my case it's all about trauma and difficulty to cope with uncertenty.Write me if you want to share experiences and best practices. This is a fantastic community with kind and generous people. We're warriors 💪
