How to deal with the situación that se are living

Hi everyone! Its hard to me to deal with my OCD in these days because I have a lot of free time for my thoughts and I started to feel more pain than any other time. Does Im the only one who HAVE MENTAL OCD and now a days it os getting worse?

I struggle a lot with mental ocd. I can be busy though and a thought pops into my mind that causes anxiety and fear. I'm going to start therapy again tomorrow via computer because of covid 19 and they are not seeing patients in office.
