Injury OCD

I suffer OCD since 2014 I m 44 years old. I fail down and now I have compressed spine fracture.Now the OCD is back I cannot of bad things about my health. Doctors are told me that everything will be alright,but I still have my OCD thots.

I am sorry to hear that you are not doing well.

OCD escalates when you are going through stressful times in life.

Let the OCD thoughts be there.

Accept and allow the thoughts to come.

The anxiety might be high in the beginning, but slowly it will get lesser.

We are here in this together battling OCD.
