What should I do in this situation?

Hi everyone, I am struggling with OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Intrusive thoughts. I did a sexual activity the other day but didn’t want to finish but it happened anyway. When that happened, I associated the action to a thought I had of my friend’s sister’s newborn baby boy and now I am worried that if I take my medicine I will associate that thought to my pills and every time I take one that thought will enter my mind. This is very difficult for me

This is the face of OCD.

It gives irrational thoughts.

My advice would be to continue taking the pills,

and just observe the thoughts as they arrive.

Accepting the thoughts, does not mean that you agree with them.
