OCD-Only Posts Please

Is it possible to only get the OCD Community posts in my mailbox? I absolutely do not want anything about women's health, etc. How do I limit what I receive? Thanks.

Hi - You might try clicking on the Follow/Unfollow box after you go into one of the other topic sites.

Thank you. I was able to 'unfollow' by doing just that.
