For those who may not know, the concept of a Wellness Wednesday places emphasis on promoting and fostering effective health habits with particular emphasis on making sure you are taking time for yourself.
As part of #WellnessWednesdays, we want to invite you to share any self-care tips that have helped you this week!
I take care of myself with good nutrition. I never eat sugar or flour and most of my food choices are plant-based. This has really aided me in maintaining a healthy weight -- which has enhanced my self-esteem. Self-esteem is critical to mental health wellness. Showing up in the world in a right-sized body, nicely groomed and feeling confident can be a game changer for anyone! I am no longer a victim of the addictive processed food industry hell bent on keeping me hooked, fat and miserable. My brain fog has lifted and I'm ready to handle life on life's terms. Eliminate those processed carbohydrates and you may even be able to eliminate anti-depressants. It worked for me! Sheila
