Im angry with the healthcare system bc I was diagnosed with OCD three yrs ago and was not on the write meds for it

I don't blame you for being angry. I was in "talk therapy" for many years before I was diagnosed with OCD. I felt not just anger but grief at the time I lost. It hit me one day and I burst into tears in therapy and wailed, "I've wasted so much time!" I read somewhere that it takes an average of 16 years to be diagnosed correctly, when it comes to OCD. And even though you WERE diagnosed you were not on the correct meds. Very aggravating!
