Feeling exhausted

My wife Sue was initially diagnosed with Parkinson's in September 2023 and put on madopar. The dosage has been increased over that time but she appears to be getting no relief. Her neurologist said she might have msa but can't be certain.

The past couple of weeks she's been exhausted and describes it has though her head doesn't belong to her body. Her freezing as also got worse. Blood tests have come back ok.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this please or is it just this dreadful disease?

Thanks.

I’m not a clinician in any way but, from personal experience and reading the symptoms of others, I’m afraid to say that this sounds much like the progression of MSA. All best wishes to you and your wife
