hi i have msa and i have been told that i have a small stomach ulcer and erosions

but my GI dose not seem to wont to treat this, is this because of my msa, but sent me to dietician as i have lost 9kilos in weight i find this strang .regards butlin

i find that very strange, why would they not treat it , my dad doesn’t have any medication for his msa so there wouldn’t be anything that would effect treatment ?
