Hi everyone i little research into the decision makers reference material

I think the main issue re DLA claims in the UK is the Department for work and pensions description of PV

I have found it non descript no mention of the fatigue or side effects of HU this could be the reason people in the UK are having a hard time trying to get this payment please find enclosed link

dwp.gov.uk/publications/spe...

I look forward to everyone's thoughts

Regards

Interesting Oakley however completely immaterial to whether someone qualifies for this allowance.

DLA is awarded purely on how much a condition affects an individuals mobility or quality of life / ability to care for yourself. Although common it is not necessarily the case that everyone with PV or an MPN will experience fatigue.

I supplied reems of literature on ET in my application for DLA and it was mostly skimmed over.
