Besremi - Travel refridgeration cases

hi, I took 4 peg interferon on a 6 wk trip.

I found the best solution was zipper bags with ice and maybe 1 ice block. It meant easy access to ice cubes from any fast food drinks counter. I also ordered a little fridge thermometer.

It's difficult to find ice in Europe. Also, the temperature is not constant and can freeze. I had my tiny pen fridge with me and the refrigerator in our rental in southern Italy wouldn't go below 13 degrees!! I did not want to risk overusing my little fridge. I ran to a tiny supermarket and I was able to store it in back of the meats in their fridge. 😜 Never be ashamed to ask! I only think this would be allowed by southern Europeans. 👏😉

Yes I do same always find ice in a bar cafe etc or on plane travelled remote places & ice works great I carry plastic zip bags to put it in inside my thermal carry bag 👌

For myself, we travel for 3 months each year and I managed to put 7 Pegasus injections in this one plus the thermometer that comes with it. It kept them under 8C for at least 20 hours. 👇🏻 We leave from Oz so have long distance flights and connections to consider.

I take Besremi and this is the box I got. Works very well. Stays cold long. Works in a normal plug, in a USB, car lighter and also has a British adjustment. I am very satisfied with it I was even in 48° weather in Greece on a port surrounded by asphalt and it was attached to my car lighter. It is about 200€. Unfortunately, I bought it for €670 when it first became available. It holds 3 Besremi Pens and you can put extra needles in the travel case. perhaps even 4. Great for long trips. 😀

I have been very pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this. I took it out of my luggage about 24 hours on the return trip (started the trip frozen and no medication in it at that point), and it was still quite cold.
