I was in hospital in April with colitis and diverticulitis in January of this year diagnosed with mpn is there any connection

Have you investigated any other gene anomalies? I recently looked into SH2B3 which is a missense gene that was found in my bloodwork. It is found to be associated with susceptibility to celiac disease....so, in my mind, there may be a genetic component causing your digestive issues. Might be worth looking into.
