Does anyone know if we are eligible for this if immunosuppressed but under the 75 age limit?

If you’re in the UK no! It’s a strict age criteria. Because of costs! I asked if I could have it, I’nm 71, no I can’t, no matter how immuno suppressed I am.

Apparently the RSV vaccine is not as effective in immunosuppressed people and was deemed not to be cost effective .

I also enquired with my gp I ve had bronchitis and pneumonia and am 70, but was given a firm no. Ridiculous isn’t it?

I understand UK roll out is currently over 75’s and late stage pregnancy only, as those are identified as the initial high risk groups. Roll out to the immunocompromised and others at risk will then follow later. No idea how they have prioritised the risks!
