I have PV and I got the vaccine mainly due to my age - 77
Hi. I don’t know if having an MPN makes you more vulnerable but I believe cancer in general means a weakened immune system. Definitely certain of our meds make a difference. I got the RSV vaccine already. Don’t want to risk catching it. Katie
