Crippling stomach pain, etc. post CT scan, iodine contrast, etc., M.E,/MCAS reactions?

I have been having really bad stomach pains, reflux, etc for some years now, but got worse since L/C, but especially since Celluitis 2 months ago and the awful Flucloxacillin x 2, 48 tabs in all. I had a C/T scan last week, and although i didn't know till night before, had to have a Contrast which i think was Iodeine. it may be a co-incidence but after a reasonably ok day, since then the stomach pain has been intolerable, very weak, nausea, etc. The ridiographer sasit here may be some reactions, but wasn't clear on what, i refused the camera, so tho0ught I should take the liquid to ge better imaging.

I am obviously nervous of what i may have, though if i have an ulcer, or something that can be ameliorated, it would be a relief: but , i am very very angry though that if something very serious it could be related to 9 months of full on passive smoking from lady above, who has cancer. I have postphoned barium meal, etc

Can these contrasts make people ill, esp those with M.E, MCAS, etc

I think i may be in wrong forum, though it was only one that came up on health unlocked.
