I consulted my hematologist after having 3 months of low WBC, RBC, and HCT. I followed his suggestion to inject 100 mcg of Besremi every month instead of of bi-weekly, This dose is consistent with the manufacturer's recommendation and I quote from Pharma Essentia website:
"BESREMi is not chemotherapy. It's an innovative, long-acting interferon that you take once every 2 weeks. After maintaining stable blood levels for 1 year, you may be able to take BESREMi once every 4 weeks."
I hope this is the dose that will work to bring back my blood counts to normal. I have taken Besremi for 15 months now. I get tired early in the evening and more often during gym exercises.
God Bless us all!

I fully agree on the reduced dosing, you're likely one of the many who need just a low dose to get CHR, your body is telling you that. The studies found no correlation of dose to allele reductions, while they did find CHR to allele connections.
In my post "durability of INF" it held ok for three months off therapy, suggests I was ready for the 1/month schedule. If I'd taken a lower dose, I might have felt decent and also not have had the history in my "Cope with Hope" post.
