i am just stated the combo treatment of Jakafi 20mg twice perday + Pegasys 135mcg weekly for PV and it success to reduce my PLT from 1.2mi to 300k; HCT from 47 to 41,3; WBC from 27 to 16 and HGB from 18 to 14.
does anyone with same treatment can share their experience with this combo...?

I guess there isn't anyone else [just yet], though I bet there will be soon-ish, because the one study I saw about the combination showed that it improved [the otherwise difficult] treatment outcome of combined JAK2 and [I think] TET2 mutation-based MPN's.
Sounds like it's a good match for you- are you aware of any side-effects? Have you been trialed on any other medications besides aspirin and blood-letting?

Still want to know the side effect in long term from other who has with this combo
I saw your prior post you were on 15mg/day Jakafi , and now 40mg total per day. Did you try that much higher dose before adding the PEG? Or was it only 40mg + the PEG that reduced your blood counts?
Jakafi alone not working well to me, even my Hem up the dose to 20mg twice perday, HCT, HGB, PLT & WBC keep rising.
Change my hem sinced she said no more treatment to offer
New MPN specialist use this combo and I am happy with the result so far.
That's great results. So glad you found the right Dr. It does seem not many patients have this combo opportunity outside of the trial in that report.
