Omega 3's to reduce some MPN issues?

Two of my favorite experts did a podcast: hubermanlab.com/dr-rhonda-p...

I already take DHA and EPA but since listening I've increased my doses and changed to another supplement (and now keep it in the refrigerator).

This and taking more Magnesium Glycinate, Meriva 500SF, and Feverfew have helped reduce the frequency of my migraines which have increased due to Besremi.

"Omega 3's: Omega-3 fish oil is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory things, dietary lifestyle things we can get easily that is going to powerfully modulate the way you think, the way you feel, and the way you age.” High-quality fish oil supplements will be in triglyceride form with DHA or EPA – like these (thorne.com/products/dp/omeg... " Dr. Rhonda Patrick

Well worth the time to listen. Very inspiring the changes the right OMEGA's and doses could have on PV or other MPN complaints. (To be clear, they don't address MPN's on the podcast. )
