Covid vaccine update.

For a recap.

Pfizer

First vaccine I was fine with. Second I had a trip to A&E with heart pain. heart rate remained high for 4 months.

Finally after many months of going through the allergy system. We have a consensus the risk of having further Covid vaccine (for me)is unfortunately too high.

Now waiting for Evusheld (long acting antibody)to be rolled out in Scotland.

I hope when it is rolled out your haematologist or GP can get you fast tracked for this drug. You've had a lengthy struggle to get an answer about the vaccine. Have they given you any timescale for the rollout?

Has your Dr discussed the new Novavax? It's a more traditional vax that may be a good option for some if the mRNA vaxes are troublesome.

Hi Eleanor. Sorry to hear about your outcomes. I have a daughter with 3 jabs and she ended up in ER with a racing heart. Also boyfriend of other daughter not jabbed also with severe racing heart after caught COVID. Must be the spike protein is all I can think of!
