Quite normal

Hi I was diagnosed 7 years ago with ET+ Jak2. I have my blood checked every three months and my hyroxy tweaked, if necessary when my consultant deems it’s required to get levels down to more normal ones. It can take a while in the early days to get the drug dose right for individuals and you will need to have blood tests, probably quite regularly initially, to check they stay at a healthy level. I think what you are experiencing is very common. Try and relax and put yourself in the hands of the professionals, stress and over worrying definitely makes me feel worse. Exercise and relaxation techniques help a lot as does lots and lots of water, my third medicine. Good luck.
