after struggling with my Primary Myelofibrosis for 3 years(lots of downs, symptoms, massive splenomegaly, totally blocked portal veins, on and off rux until I decided to stop for almost a year till now, lots of ligations, herpes, overweight, bone pain, night sweats, vein insufficiency, second gen covid, and recently hospitalised covid due to high fever, etc) a week after covid i did my own blood work and suddenly my Hb back to normal range(after 3 yrs below the normal range but never break low <10) is it a good sign? Temporary good or did they make mistakes in my blood work? Cause im off rux for almost 1 year and didn’t want to go back to my Myeloproliferative neoplasms specialist 😎

Forgot to mention that now i do have hyperaggregation , so maybe later on that relates to maybe (end results) high haemoglobin?

Why don't you want to go back to your mpn specialist? Your disease seems bad.

I would echo going back to doctor. Ignoring this disease is likely to lead to bad outcomes. This is even more true at the stage that you are at. But I do have to say that I empathize with going to the medical team. I already feel I spend a lot of time there.
