Covid-19 Antibody Test

Hi All,

I had my second Moderna shot 5 months ago. I have PV/ET. I started Hydrea 2 weeks after the second shot. I just had an antibody test. The result was 886 U/ml. A positive result was .8 U/ml or higher. I assume I had a good result. I hope I’m correct. If anyone knows about this, I welcome your input.

That’s a great result. My Hem (involved in a trial) says over 50 u/ml is a cgood level of protection. I’m still slowly rising, now 320 u/ml after first jab end January. However I have very low Lymphocytes/T cells so good result. Another PV’er, age 67, was 2,500 u/ml this week!

Does this help?It say what antibody tests (after the vaccine) mean.
