Feeling a bit rough after the vaccine

Hi All,

I had the vaccine yesterday and everything went well.

The only downside is that I felt like I'd got a bad cold last night.

Anyone else with similar issues?

Mark

HiMark,

I’m sorry you’re feeling like this. I had no reaction at all, not even a sore arm.

I hope you feel better soon.

I had mild shivers and itching the first evening and was woken by a painful/stiff arm in the night but once up all symptoms went.

Hi 😊 feeling a lot better thank you. I ended up contacting my gp she wasn't over concerned, she said if I have any sickness call 111. It lasted 24 hrs shivering and high temperature. Hope your keeping well x

I’ve not even been given a date yet practice manager at my surgery said 2-3 weeks !

I’ve not been contacted yet. Apparently the area I live in is still struggling to inject the over 80’s and care homes, so will not yet be moving to other groups. 🥵

It’s a postcode lottery I’m on the border of Knutsford and Lymm Knutsford are vaccinating over 70s and vulnerable lymm still on over 80 s crazy

I'm in an area that is apparently struggling to vaccinate the over-80s and yet I at 76 am having mine this evening.

A friends mum felt a bit groggy for a few days but my dad was fine apart from a slightly sore arm.

By arm, i mean one his three arms he now has after having the vaccine. He did also say that he can hear lots of different conversations as it appears he had become a walking 5g mobile phone mast too.

And he keeps hearing Bill Gates voice in his sleep.

Other than that hes fine.

😜

Hi MarkMy dad had his Wednesday and apart from sore arm day after and feeling a bit tired is ok - I have the Pfizer jab booked due Friday and feel very emotional- excited as feels like the beginning of the end but slightly nervous as was hoping for the Oxford one - no idea why but also just feel very lucky to be getting one. I hope your feeling better today.

I had the Oxford vaccine on Weds afternoon. By bedtime I was feeling poorly with flu like symptoms, shivering and headache. Never had these symptoms from any of the flu jabs I've had.

I had the Pfizer vaccine yesterday, slightly sore arm today no other symptoms. Glad my arm is sore today so I know I got something and not just a dose of saline.

After a few days I'm now feeling ok again, except my arm is still slightly sore.

Sorry you’re unwell, I had the Pfizer on Friday and no real I’ll effects. Headache and extremely tired but could just be tension so relieved to have my first dose. Hope you feel better soon

Had my 2nd Moderna vaccine on Friday and felt chills, fever, mild body aches, and fatigue throughout that evening and into Saturday. It is Sunday and the only residual side effect I have is mild soreness at the injection site. Hope all is well.
