We are currently preparing information for everyone and will publish it as soon as we can.

In the meantime, you are advised to continue taking your medications, including Aspirin, and to follow the advice issued by the NHS and to isolate if you are over 70 years of age and have other health conditions.

Hi Maz,

What are members doing about their bloods, hospital appointments and prescriptions?

Hospitals and Doctors’ surgeries are not a healthy place to be at present.

Best wishes, Borage

Blood samples may still be needed for testing but the following hospital appointments may be replaced by telephone consultations, e-mail messages, etc and medications may be sent out or delivered to patients at their homes ...

Good luck!

Hi Borage, if you are due to have an appointment with your consultant you need to contact them to get advice from them, also with regards to having a blood test, they will advise you, and also with regards to prescriptions, it may be different in some areas to where you live, so check with your own department. There is information on the NHS website about what to do if you feel unwell and need to see a GP
