The NHS England guidance states that people who have been shielding can begin to resume normal activities, socialise with other people and return to work, however, many of you remain anxious about the continued risk of exposure to COVID-19, particularly with the changing alert levels.

We would like to share with you a document with very useful information about making day-to-day decisions about your risk of exposure to COVID-19.

Thanks so much for this. It's the best advice document I've seen in that along with describing what causes risk, it goes on to help me make decisions about different activities. I'll be sharing this with my family and friends.

Thanks Maz,

Extremely clear, concise and helpful - as always. I have forwarded it within my personal network to friends and family who either have other forms of cancer or have a need to shield and they were all very appreciative.

Great job, well done

Many thanks

John
