I am back on CBD for my 3rd time. Two times prior to this I took it for 60 days and noticed a significant reduction in the daily aches and pains. I didn’t want to believe it was the CBD so I quit both times when my supply ran out. The aches and pains gradually came back each time. Now a week into my 3rd try I’m starting to feel good again.
I am I crazy or has anyone else noticed something similar?

No your not crazy!!! I’ve been using full spectrum CBD with turmeric daily for several years. It impacts inflammation which is part of our disease problem, MPN has auto-immune issues and inflammation is not good for cancer. A high quality CBD full spectrum tincture helps reduce pain, sleep issues, mood issues, and gives a sense of calm. Make sure the company is reliable in how it’s produced as well as tested etc. Google the recent top CBD company’s.
We’re all at different stages of disease, anything we can do to help our health is really important. Another thing I’ve learned that can minimize inflammation and improve blood viscosity and preventing clumping of platelets is earthing.
Blessings;
Clarke 69 ET JAK2 5/19, platelets are currently normal , baby aspirin, Vitamin D3, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Tumeric 553 mg twice a day, 2 teaspoons of Tahini a day, Unsweetened Cranberry in the morning, vigorous swimming 35 minutes 5 times a week, and PRAYER, the most important thing!
I thought I’d replied yesterday . A long one ! ) mustn’t have pressed send
I have consulted a leading integrated cancer practitioner who has a good reputation .
He recommended CBD Reishi mushrooms and r - curcumin as well as D also Ayurvedic practitioner. Consultants unfortunately sometimes havnt done enough research . Also funding from drug companies has an influence on conventional medicine
Anti inflammatory diet good as well
Important to tale advice from a person you trust . Not ‘dabble ‘ yourself . Just cos something is natural doesn’t mean it suits the individual
Hi, I was told by my consultant not to take it due to affect on platelets, a quick google found this “In other studies, CBD oil was found to affect platelets and anticoagulants by suppressing their production and thereby potentially increasing bleeding tendencies. In addition, CBD can interact with warfarin and increase the risk of bleeding complications.” so I would take advice.
CBD oil uses the same digestive pathway as Ruxolitinib therefore I don’t use it, although I’d like to. I have not researched its interaction with other medications but suggest it is always used with caution. Anything that says you should not eat grapefruit will cause potential problems with CBD oil. Do plenty of research before using it
I've been using CBD oil since September last year, after a few weeks there was a notable difference in my arthritis pain. It hasn't affected my platelets/blood results either negatively or positively. But my knee pain has decreased significantly, and I'm taking less painkillers.
Hi I have chronic back pain and many issues with my back and rather than take prescription drugs I have been using a reputable full spectrum CBD for the past year and find it very helpful with my back pain and my arthritis pain. I was diagnosed with ET/JAK2 in October 2019 so don't know if it has kept my
platelets level or not because they have fluctuated between 440-487 and they want me on chemo drug when it hits 500. I am praying the CBD oil is also helping with that but really don't know but will keep you posted. I am not recommending it but just saying it works for pain for me. Best of luck to you.
