Hi.

Well, I had a transfusion and it did raise my O2 sats from 93 ish to 98, which was great, but hasn’t yet had much effect on fatigue or mood. Which is a pity ( There is probably an emoji for that. )

I’m a bit worried that my resting pulse rate has been going down over the past few weeks ( and was low before the transfusion) isnow low 60s. Its usually been mid 70s or higher ( because I’m not that fit). Not sure what to do. So I left message on cns answer phone and will continue with life as usual.

Lovely day here, sunny but fresh.

All the best.

Hi Rachel, v conscious am not medical, nor have similar problems to yourself, but have been told frequently, regarding a low resting pulse rate. that it is really important to drink more water. Really wish you well and hoping things improve for you. (Also hope you get more informative stuff coming in from other members of the Forum, as I am absolutely no expert!) Tinkerbell

Thsnks, Tinkerbell. Sorry for the late response but have only just found it. My fault: I need to book some IT tuition to get the most ou of this excellent forum. Hope all goes well. The transfusion has now kicked in so I have more energy.

So good you have more energy...you always sound so positive and bright and really hope things will get better and better for you. My IT is pretty fundamental, have to say! Wishing you the very best and do keep letting us know how you're doing. Tinkerbell
