From MNP-Net. Need to eat avocados, nuts and raisins plus usual healthy diet of veg and fruit. A handful of nuts per day also adds selenium and magnesium, both mentioned on this Board as beneficial minerals:

This article explains many benefits of Boron including it’s antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties (lowers CRP) help with arthritis and osteoporsis, hormones incl a possible Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor.

Histone Deacelylase Inhibitors are being investigated for MPN treatments.

"As research into the chemistry of boron-containing compounds has increased, they have been shown to be potent antiosteoporotic, anti-inflammatory, and antineoplastic agents both in vitro and in vivo. One potential explanation for the diversity in beneficial effects is that some boronated compounds are histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDIs)."
